Returns & RefundsSo I ordered some stuff on Black Friday and it was amazing! But then the company totally messed up and didn't send me one of the things I ordered. And when I tried to return some other stuff, they didn't even give me my money back! I even emailed and messaged them on social media but they ignored me. They basically stole my money and it's not cool at all. I used to like their stuff and ordered from them a bunch of times, but now I'm never ordering from them again.

Returns & RefundsI had a bit of trouble with this gift card I got from the company when I returned some stuff. I got the card at first, but now I can't seem to use it because the store is all of a sudden not available. I tried emailing customer service, but it looks like my emails aren't getting through. It's super frustrating and I'm really disappointed in how the company is dealing with this.
