CommunicationI'm really disappointed with the service from this company. I made an order back in December 2022, and it's been nothing but trouble since then. They blamed COVID-related factory closures in an email to me, but that was just the start of the nightmare. I've tried to get a refund, but they blocked my email, so I can't even reach out to them. When I did some digging, I couldn't find any evidence that they're a legit company based on their address. The lack of transparency and communication is sketchy and makes me feel like I got scammed. I checked with the Better Business Bureau, and they confirmed my suspicions that this company is shady and under investigation. The positive reviews on their site seem fake to me and don't show what this company is really like. I recommend anyone thinking of buying from them to be super careful and do thorough research before making a decision.
