Returns & RefundsSo I bought this chair, right, thinking it had a lifetime warranty. Turns out, I had to dish out $14 for a part after only a few years. Chair's decent quality, but the whole lifetime warranty thing didn't sit right with me. Was hoping for better from a company that boasts about their products being top-notch.
