My experience with the company was really disappointing. They told me the standing desk I wanted was available, so I ordered it right away. But then they said it was actually out of stock, which made me so frustrated and inconvenienced. The bait-and-switch they pulled was super unprofessional and sneaky. I think the way they handled everything was not cool and has definitely made me think twice about buying from them again.

I just had an issue with the arm of my chair that needed fixing right away. The company's communication was excellent, and they quickly arranged for an engineer to come and replace the faulty arm. Tim, the engineer, showed up on time and fixed the chair efficiently. The company kept in touch throughout the process to make sure everything was going well. I have to say, the chair I got from them provides me with comfortable and stress-free back support. I really can't recommend them enough!
