DeliveryMy experience ordering a laptop from the online store was so disappointing, eh. The estimated shipping date they gave me was way off, and the laptop kept getting delayed without any good reason. Even when I tried to cancel the order, they said it was non-refundable and I had to wait for it to arrive before I could even think about returning it. The customer service folks weren't much help at all and didn't really care about my concerns. I've been a loyal customer of another brand for over 25 years, so this whole thing with the online store has just left me feeling frustrated and wishing I never gave them a chance, you know.
