App & PortalI was really frustrated when I tried to cancel my InstantInk subscription on their website, it felt like I was going in circles for 15 whole minutes! And when I finally got through to someone on the phone, it was like we weren't even speaking the same language because I could barely understand them. What a pain! Now I'm swearing off HP printers for good. InstantInk is such a scam, especially if you're not printing a ton and just getting hit with charges for no reason!
