CheckoutI had such a frustrating time shopping online at Hot Topic. When I tried to check out, I kept getting error messages. Even though I made sure to enter all my order details right, I still got a message saying, "We couldn't process your order. Double-check your info and try again." After looking at my bank statement, I realized that I got charged for each failed attempt. It really bummed me out and left me feeling let down. I'd recommend others to just go into the store to avoid dealing with the same problems.
