Can you believe we're still dealing with slow websites in 2021? And let's not even get started on the payment process! Matching addresses with bank cards shouldn't be this difficult. And why is it so complicated to place pre-orders? It feels like they're purposely making things hard for us customers. And why all the back and forth with order problems? Having to deal with UPS for a missing lip gloss is just crazy. It feels like there's no customer service at all, and this whole experience has been a total nightmare. When I asked for help, they had the nerve to suggest I call in my order.
