Flyer availability
Flyer availability
CommunicationAs a customer at the store, I always find the flyers kinda useless because what they show on sale is usually not even there when you go to buy it. It's so annoying to see all those deals in the flyers and then get to the store and they don't have any of the stuff. It makes you feel let down and like you can't really trust that store anymore.
Online order for delivery to store
Online order for delivery to store
CommunicationI recently ordered a few items online from Home Hardware for a little project at home. Everything seemed easy, so I chose to have the items delivered to the store for pick-up. But then the next day, I got an email saying they cancelled my order, even though I didn't cancel it. I contacted customer service right away to explain, but instead of apologizing or understanding, they said I cancelled it myself. It was disappointing how they didn't take responsibility or admit to their mistake. Any good company would acknowledge their error and offer a solution, but Home Hardware didn't. On top of that, they blacklisted my email, so I couldn't talk to their customer service anymore.
Recent online purchase
Recent online purchase
CommunicationI recently bought something online from Home Hardware and I wasn't too happy with how things turned out. I placed my order, but then I got a message saying it was cancelled with no reason why. I was pretty frustrated because I had picked out exactly what I wanted and was excited to get it soon. I tried contacting customer service to ask about the cancellation, but I didn't get a straight answer. I was disappointed by how unclear and not upfront they were. It was annoying to have to go through the whole shopping process again.
