CheckoutOh man, I went to Home Hardware today to use a gift card but they told me their system was too new to handle it. Can you believe that? Last time I tried to use a Visa gift card there, they couldn't figure it out either. It's so annoying, I don't think I'll be going back to the store in Smiths Falls or any Home Hardware for that matter.

I went to the store to pick up some paint for my bedroom, and I was lucky that there were helpful salespeople there who actually assisted me in finding the right products. However, the store was on the smaller side and didn't have a wide variety to choose from.
When I tried to order online, the website was acting glitchy and I couldn't even see the prices or change my preferred store location. I added 5 items to my cart, but when I went to check out, 3 of them were unavailable for online purchase. I had to split my order into two and ended up having to pay for shipping twice, which was frustrating. Customer service wasn't much help either and didn't resolve the extra charges for me.
