The customer service at Harfington was amazing, all thanks to Juan Wang who really went above and beyond to help me out with my order. I messed up at first by ordering the wrong size of a part I needed, but Juan was super quick to cancel the order even on a weekend and assisted me in placing a new one correctly. Then, when I was reordering, I forgot to pick the specific variation I needed. Luckily, there was a delay in processing the order which gave me a chance to fix my mistake. Juan not only fixed the order for me but also made sure the shipping was faster to make up for the delay. I was so impressed by Juan's dedication and how much they cared, especially since this was my first order and not a big purchase. But thanks to Juan's exceptional service, they have definitely gained a loyal customer in me.

I was having trouble finding what I needed but then I found it on the website. Ordering was easy and I had no problem with the site. The customer service was really good, they answered my questions fast and gave me all the info I needed. The price was fair and not too expensive compared to other stuff out there. And my delivery came fast and my item was in perfect shape.

I just bought something from this store and, unluckily, I had some problems with one of the items I got. The metric/English ruler I bought had a big flaw - there was a gap at the start that made it hard to measure accurately. I had to fix it myself to make it usable, which was pretty disappointing. But on the bright side, the drill bits I got were good quality and did the job well. So, all in all, my experience with this order was a bit of a mix.
