TrackingI just ordered some stuff from an online store for the first time to see how it goes. It was easy to place my order without any issues. The shipping was way faster than I expected and I liked getting updates on where my package was. It was really useful to know when it got handed over to a US carrier. The items showed up at my place in NY just ten days later. I was happy to see that everything I ordered was right and the quality was pretty good. Plus, the prices were way cheaper than a certain big online store. I'll definitely be ordering from this company again.

TrackingI had a similar thing happen to me like another person who left a review. I had to contact the company about my order before I finally got it. After I wrote a review, the company got in touch with me and gave me an update on my order. I'm thankful for their response, but it would be nice if they kept us updated on shipping and gave us a tracking number to avoid more negative reviews down the road.
