ServiceI just bought some hardware from this store and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. Even though there was a little hiccup when I placed my order, which wasn't their fault at all, the staff went out of their way to fix things and make sure I was happy. I really appreciate their hard work and how they put customer satisfaction first. I'll definitely be going back to them next time I need hardware.

The customer service agent I spoke with, Zoey, was super nice and understanding, eh. She not only fixed my problem, but also gave me a full refund and said I could keep the items as a gift, eh. I was totally blown away by how great the customer service was, eh.

ServiceThe customer service at Harfington was amazing, all thanks to Juan Wang who really went above and beyond to help me out with my order. I messed up at first by ordering the wrong size of a part I needed, but Juan was super quick to cancel the order even on a weekend and assisted me in placing a new one correctly. Then, when I was reordering, I forgot to pick the specific variation I needed. Luckily, there was a delay in processing the order which gave me a chance to fix my mistake. Juan not only fixed the order for me but also made sure the shipping was faster to make up for the delay. I was so impressed by Juan's dedication and how much they cared, especially since this was my first order and not a big purchase. But thanks to Juan's exceptional service, they have definitely gained a loyal customer in me.
