Harfington - Reviews and experiences

I'm really upset with the service from this company. I ordered my stuff weeks ago and I still haven't got them. I tried to contact them many times for an update but no one got back to me. This customer service is not good at all and it's making me feel frustrated and unhappy.

My experience ordering from this place was a total letdown. It felt like it took forever and they seemed to be catering only to folks living in a different time zone or something.

I'm really bummed out about my order from Harfington taking forever to arrive. I get that sometimes there might be delays in shipping, but waiting 15 days is just not cool, especially in this day and age where we expect fast deliveries. I was starting to think I'd never even get my stuff, and the fact that the company wasn't keeping me in the loop just made me even more frustrated.

I recently bought a bunch of thread rods from this company. I decided to go with them because they said they could get the order to me pretty quick. Turns out, though, the stuff didn't show up until two weeks later than they said. That really stressed me out because I needed it for a project on a tight schedule. But I gotta give them credit, they were really sorry about the delay and got in touch with me right after their break. In the end, the stuff was in good shape and matched what I asked for. Lesson learned - things coming from far away can take longer, especially around holidays.

I was pretty bummed out about how long it took to get my order cause it was coming all the way from China. It would've been nice to know that upfront when I was placing the order, so I could have gone with someone else. But oh well, had to scramble and find another place to get what I needed right away.
