Returns & RefundsThe aluminum induction sealers are way too big by 2/5 of an inch. It's so annoying that I can't reach the company to return them. Should've checked out the reviews first. Now I'm stuck with these useless sealers. It's really frustrating that I missed the return deadline because the company didn't keep in touch.

The info given was good, but it would have been even better with a technical drawing for more clarity. The plates I got weren't as strong as I expected, so I had to figure out a different way to put things together. But that was on me, not the company. When I asked to return them, Harfington got back to me right away with a friendly email and took care of the refund quickly. Getting that kind of service makes me trust them, so I'll definitely think of them the next time I need a part.
