ProductI recently picked up this necklace that's supposed to help me relax and sleep better. Initially, I didn't really notice any changes, but after trying it out a few times, I started feeling more chill at night. The only issue is that it's not very comfortable to wear around my neck or head while sleeping. Perhaps if it was a cool wristband instead, that might work better...unless it's too tight. All in all, it's not bad and I think I'll stick with using it.
