CommunicationSo, I ordered some stuff from this company, and man, it was a bit of a mess. They didn't send everything I bought, but still charged me for it all. When I tried calling customer service for help with some tech stuff, nobody picked up - I was just talking to a robot, great. It took forever to finally get an email back about my missing stuff, and even then, it was like pulling teeth to get any info. Thought they were making progress on fixing things, but then they just went silent. After weeks of nothing, I was just about to bug my bank when the rest of my order randomly showed up. The whole thing was super frustrating, especially with the lack of communication.

But I couldn't figure out how to connect it to my phone, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they never got back to me. So, I ended up having to return it and get my money back.
