Hapbee - Reviews and experiences

I bought a Hapbee device a few years back through a crowdfunding campaign. Unfortunately, it never worked for me, and I haven't been able to get any benefits from it. Even though I was supposed to have a 90-day free trial, I've been charged US$149/year for the past 4 years. On top of that, I can't even access my account on their website because when I try to reset my password, it says my account doesn't exist. I've tried to cancel my subscription multiple times by sending emails, but I haven't gotten any response. Overall, I'd recommend people stay away from this company. While some of their products might seem good, the bad customer service and unresponsive subscriptions are big warning signs.
