I've been a loyal customer of the wearable company since the beginning, starting with the neckband wearable from the Indiegogo campaign. I've seen some great improvements in both the device itself and the app over the years. The team has worked really hard to make the app better, and I'm happy with how it works now. I've been testing out blends and updates through TestFlight and I'm grateful for the chance to help with product development.
Customer service has always been fantastic. They reply to emails quickly and provide solutions right away. The team is friendly, caring, and really wants feedback to make the app and devices better for everyone. I've had a good experience interacting with them and I appreciate how dedicated they are to customer satisfaction.
Since using the neckband, I've noticed big improvements in my sleep patterns. My Oura Gen3 ring shows that I'm getting more deep sleep consistently, and I don't need melatonin spray at night anymore. The Sleep Pad was a game-changer for me, and I was so happy when it arrived. Setting it up with the app was easy, and I can't wait to try it out tonight after it's fully charged. I'm excited to see how it helps improve my sleep even more. I'll share an update on my experience after using it for a week.
