I recently bought a paring knife and noticed some stains on the blade after just one use, even though I regularly oil my knives. I was pretty disappointed about it. Surprisingly, within 24 hours, Garrett Wade got back to me and admitted that this wasn't a common issue and was probably a defect in the knife. They quickly offered to send me a new knife without needing me to return the old one. And within a week, I got the new blade, which I'm happy to say hasn't stained at all. I'm really impressed with Garrett Wade's dedication to making sure customers are happy and standing behind their products. Other companies should definitely take notes from them.

I just had a problem with an item I ordered by mistake and tried to cancel right away. But the company wouldn't listen to me. They said they couldn't do anything once the order was in the warehouse, even though it hadn't been sent out yet. I was really let down by the customer service I got.
