Returns & RefundsRight away, they came through — I'm genuinely impressed. I bought the auto hose reel in 2021 and used it every season since, so when the bracket started to fail this spring I was bummed but not shocked. I emailed Gardena and they replied fast, asking for photos and some details. I sent everything in and within a day they said it couldn't be fixed and to file a warranty claim. I did. Again they answered in hours, confirmed replacement would be free and then — surprise — a new unit arrived two days later. No long fights, no back-and-forth, just straightforward help. First impression back in 2021 was good and this follow-up only reinforced it. Happy and relieved that a company still stands by its warranty after four years. I'll definitely look to them first for future garden gear.
