CommunicationHalfway through watering one evening I realized I actually liked these reels—after a quick bodge-up they worked well. I've owned three hose trolleys for a season; two developed a broken connector where the hose meets the frame. I tracked down the right part on their site but there was no way to buy it, so I emailed with links and photos. No reply, not once but three times. The trolleys themselves are solid, well made and easy to roll, so once I repaired one they felt worth it. At first I thought the build and winding were great. Still, customer service needs a lot of work — which annoyed me.
