Returns & RefundsI received my order today, but they forgot one item that I really wanted! I tried emailing and messaging them on Instagram, but they never responded. It feels like they don't even care 💔 I just want my money back, but it's been so long and still no refund. I'm really disappointed because I used to love their stuff, but now I won't be ordering from them again 😠
