Oh my goodness, I am just so impressed with Fresh! I recently took advantage of their special Christmas countdown deal and received 7 free samples which were all amazing. The gift wrap was absolutely beautiful and made my package feel even more special. The shipping and delivery were extremely quick, I got my items in no time at all. I am so pleased with everything, it feels like Christmas came early! I really wish I could give them 10 stars because they truly deserve it. Their products are fantastic too - I even received a free facial at their store and my skin was glowing afterwards. Everything is made from natural ingredients, it may be a bit pricey but definitely worth it, especially when you can get great deals like the Christmas countdown ones.

And the rose cream is super luxurious and thick, perfect for my nighttime skincare routine. Hey, so I bought this Rose Hydrator toner, but you won't believe it, there was no cap included in the bottle! I tried calling customer service, but they never picked up. I also sent messages through their website, but still heard nothing back. Honestly, I'm done with them. I think I'll give other beauty brands a shot next time.
