I was so clumsy and dropped my travel mug, breaking the lid and straw. But the folks at customer service were super nice and helpful! I sent them an email without my order number, and they quickly found it and sent me a replacement within just 1 day. They even said some really kind things to me, so I'm letting all my friends know. FOCO is amazing!

I just wanted to share my experience with this awesome customer service I got when my MLB logo BRXLZ fell apart while I was moving.
