FOCO - Reviews and experiences

I bought something from this store recently and it came damaged. I emailed customer service about it, and I have to say, the response was really fast and helpful. George, the customer service guy, did everything he could to help me out. He checked the warehouse for a new item, made sure it was in stock, and got it sent out to me right away. I was so happy to get the replacement by the end of the week. I really thank George for being so quick and dedicated to fixing my problem.

I picked up this awesome figure from FOCO, but it had a defect. I sent them some pics and they agreed it was messed up. I just bought a pair of slippers from your store for a Christmas present. Unfortunately, they ended up being too small, so I returned them to swap for a different size.
