I really liked the cool and colorful clothes at that store, but the two dresses I got ended up being too big for me. I had to send them back and somehow they got lost in the mail. Luckily, working with Leticia Lopes to find my return was super easy. She was so nice, friendly, and quick to respond. Fantastic customer service!

Hey there! So, for my birthday, I got a couple of things, but I was away for work and couldn't try them on until after the return date. Turns out they didn't fit, and I was worried about not being able to return them since I missed the deadline. I contacted customer service, and they were super helpful by giving me a one-time extension for the return. Really appreciated their understanding and great service, especially during these tough economic times.

The items we ordered were finally delivered today and they also gave us the right refund. I'll give them a star for sorting it out, but it took 26 days and over 10 emails to finally get everything sorted.

I recently ordered from a company in Europe, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. I never got my order and when I tried to reach out to customer service, I got no response, not once but twice. The automated message I finally got said my order was canceled because they didn't have enough inventory, but that doesn't explain why I was kept in the dark for so long. I had to contact customer service two more times just to ask for my money back, and I still haven't gotten it. It was so frustrating and now I'm really disappointed with the whole experience.
