Deliverythey fixed my lost order and made me feel calmer, which I didn’t expect. I needed the dress for a friend’s backyard wedding — had past delivery mix-ups, so I was tense. Farm Rio checked right away, replaced the item, and it showed up five days later. They honoured the sale price even though it went back up. Contact was easy via the order page link. Pretty relieved, honestly.

DeliveryMy order was taking forever to arrive, so I contacted the store for help. They were really quick at fixing the issue and I got my stuff in no time! UPS was useless, but Farm Rio came through for me. I'm thrilled that I can continue shopping here, they have the most awesome clothes!

DeliverySo, I bought a skirt from this company and gotta admit, I really like how it looks. But you know what? The whole ordering and delivery thing has been a bit of a bummer. I picked this company because they promised a delivery window of 3-5 days, but when I check on my order, it's saying it won't be here for like 12 business days/16 days total. That's not cool, kinda feels like they didn't keep their word. Now I'm not sure if I'd order from them again down the road.
