Eh, the customer service at this place is really great, eh! I needed a price adjustment and they got it all sorted out for me in just 4 days. The team was super friendly, quick, and made everything easy-peasy for me. I was totally impressed with how smoothly everything went and felt like they really listened to my concerns. I'll be sure to come back for more shopping knowing that their customer service is top-notch, eh!

So I bought something at this store and then they had a sale right after. I chatted with Amanda from customer service and gave her my order number. She helped me out a lot by adjusting the price with a gift card and an extra $10. It was all done super fast, like only took around 10 minutes. I really like how the store sticks to their policy and makes it simple for customers to make the most of sales.

Please help! I ordered a dress on Black Friday and it was lost in the mail - I was then told that the dress was out of stock. However, I was able to order the dress again online and it is being delivered but is now $300 more than the original. My original order was (871267) and the new order I placed is (938646). DHL has confirmed the dress will be delivered - I think it’s terrible customer service to charge me an extra $300 dollars for a mistake on the couriers part and then to be lied to about the stock availability. Feels like a scam to get people to pay more. I have tried reaching out but get no response about this issue.
