Two mattresses during Black Friday weekend
TrackingI ordered two mattresses over Black Friday weekend. Sadly, only one of them showed up on December 2nd. The other mattress, with a different tracking number, has been sitting in "pending" status on the FedEx site with no delivery date in sight. Dealing with customer service at this company has been a huge letdown. The chat agents take forever to get back to me, the phone line seems to always be closed, and the emails have been super frustrating. It feels like they're not on the same page as each other and keep asking me for tracking info I've already found on the FedEx site. It's tough to see such lousy service from a company that promises top-notch products. I really should have checked out the Trustpilot reviews before buying from them. The only good thing is that the mattress I did get is pretty comfy, but overall it's been a disappointment. Missing mattress has thrown a wrench in my Christmas plans, and I'd warn others to avoid this company.
