ServiceI had a real frustrating time trying to contact customer service, eh. Couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone and emails were straight-up ignored. Only way I got a response was through the chat on the website, and even then, the person wasn't much help. They couldn't even tell me when the mattress I wanted would be available because it was out of stock. This lack of communication and transparency ain't cool, so I've decided to cancel my order and try to find a mattress somewhere else.

ServiceI ordered a new bed back in December, thinking it would come in January. Now it's mid-February and still no bed. When I asked about it, the customer service person actually laughed and told me to cancel if I wasn't happy. And to add insult to injury, they said it could take 2-3 months to get my money back. Terrible service! I'm not buying from them again, plenty of other places have good stuff for way less money.
