Eddie Bauer - Reviews and experiences

I just returned something to that store and didn't get all my money back. I was really bummed out about it, especially since I've heard other people have had the same problem. It looks like this happens a lot with this company, which is pretty worrying. I should've checked the reviews before buying anything, I would've been more careful. Anyway, I'm not going to shop there again.

I bought so many winter coats from that store and I really liked their stuff, but then my wife's coat broke and they wouldn't fix it. I'm really upset about it because now I have to let all my customers at my shop know about it.

I'm bummed about not getting my credit refund on my Visa card yet. I sent back the item back in February 2024 and now it's April 1st and still no sign of the refund. Dealing with customer service has been annoying too, cause I've been struggling to talk to a real person and submit a service report online.

So, let me tell you about my recent experience with this company... It's been a total nightmare, eh. I ordered a winter coat from them and waited a whopping three months just to get it, eh! I tried to cancel the order a bunch of times through different ways, but it still showed up. Their customer service folks were totally unhelpful, and they even told me to go bug my bank for a refund - like, what? That's just not cool, eh. They said they'd send me a check, but surprise, surprise, it never showed up. When I asked about it, they said the bank was holding the money. Like, how can they be so incompetent and not own up to their mistakes? It just ain't right for any company, especially now, you know? It seems like they're hoping people will give up and not fight for their money back, and that's just plain wrong, eh. I'm super disappointed in how they've handled everything, and you bet I won't be shopping with them again.
