CommunicationI recently bought a pair of shoes from your store and I have to say, I was pretty let down. The company took forever to get back to me, which is pretty frustrating especially considering the way online shopping is booming in 2020. With COVID-19 changing how people shop, you would think they would be on top of their online game. If others see these reviews before buying, they probably won't choose to shop for shoes here. The lack of online sales could really hurt the business, and they might only survive with their physical stores. Let's hope they step up their online services for future contactless deliveries.
