once I called customer service they actually listened. Took a bit of time, I had to explain myself a couple times, but the rep arranged a return-to-store option and even helped me pick a similar model that fit better. It wasn’t flawless — there were a few hold-ups and I had to go back to the store, which was a hassle — but the staff on the phone and in-person went out of their way, like actually, to make it right. They credited the tax back eventually (that was important) and gave some tips on the best straps for back support, which I appreciated. I’m kind of surprised but also really grateful it turned out this way. Would I shop here again? Yep, especially because they fixed the delivery snafu and treated me well. So, happy ending — a bit bumpy, but worth it.
