Shampoo turned Conditioner
I ordered shampoo, but they sent me conditioner by accident. I tried to get in touch a few times to fix the order, but I haven't heard back from them. The product came without an invoice or a note about returns. It was a really bad experience dealing with their customer service. Next time, just go with Amazon.
Wasted money
I used their hair growth topical product for 3 months but I didn't see any improvement. Actually, I ended up losing all the hair I had regrown from a different brand. Such a letdown!
Quick payment, slow delivery

Over the past 9 months of using them regularly, I've seen some pretty good results with my hair looking healthier and shinier. These products have definitely helped to make my hair feel stronger and more manageable. But one thing that really bugs me is the extra costs for shipping, duty, taxes, and exchange rates when ordering from Canada. It ends up jacking up the price a lot, which makes it tough for us Canadians to keep using them. It would be awesome to have a local distributor here in Canada to help cut down on these extra costs and make things more affordable for folks like me.
