I just bought $100 worth of stuff from this company, with the expectation of getting a free shampoo. But guess what? When my order arrived, there was no shampoo in sight. So I contacted them, and you know what they said? They told me I had to buy the shampoo separately. honesty and transparency are important to me, so I was really let down by their lack of integrity. It felt like they were trying to trick me, and it's not cool. It's really disappointing when companies pull these tricks just to make a bit more money, instead of valuing their customers' trust and loyalty.

I was so disappointed as a customer at that company. The customer service was so bad, I had to complain to the BBB just to get a response. It was a total nightmare sorting out billing and shipping problems. Even when I followed their email instructions to update my credit card info, I got no reply for a whole week. The lack of communication and professionalism was really disappointing. I felt like they didn't value me as a customer at all.
