I bought this hair growth serum from a company, hoping it would help my hair. Sadly, it didn't work as promised. I reached out to customer service because the website said I could get a full refund if it didn't work. Instead of giving me my money back, they told me to buy more and wait longer. I did what they said, but still no results. They refused to refund my first purchase, only offering a refund for the extra product. The customer service was not helpful at all, just wanted me to spend more money. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

I decided to send back the product without using it and went through the process to get a return authorization number, following the steps and giving a tracking number. But I haven't heard anything back about my refund. I've sent lots of emails and still haven't gotten any reply. And now I got a message saying they were gonna close my "ticket." The customer service has been awful. It's disappointing that the service was good when buying the product, but not so good afterwards.
