DS Laboratories - Reviews and experiences

So I bought this hair growth serum from this company, thinking it would help my hair out. But man, was I let down. It took ages for my order to show up, and when it finally did, the product wasn't even there. When I reached out to customer service about the missing item, they were no help at all – just giving me excuses. And then they straight up lied about where my product was, saying it was shipped when it clearly wasn't. Total mess of an experience that just made me feel annoyed and ripped off. Definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

OMG, don't order from them at all! I got this hair growth shampoo and they didn't even send it to me. They took my money and won't even respond when I ask about it. Complete crooks!

I ordered something from DS Labs, but it hasn't shown up yet. It's been a whole month and no one has said anything about the delay. I phoned the courier company and they said they haven't even got the package yet. It's so annoying that no one is keeping me in the loop about this. At least I used my credit card to pay, so I'll be asking for my money back. On the bright side, I've tried this product before from another store and it's great. DS Labs should stick to making the product and let someone else deal with selling and shipping it.

I bought some things from here and it's taking so long to arrive. My last order was placed months ago and I got charged right away. The products are decent, but I just want them to get here soon!
