Hey there, just wanted to let you know that my online order still hasn't shown up and I'm feeling pretty bummed about the lack of info on where it's at. I placed the order more than a week ago and it's been in transit since last Wednesday with no updates at all. I think it's important as a customer to get regular updates and clear communication about when my order will arrive. If it doesn't show up soon, I might have to think twice about shopping here again in the future.

This is so frustrating! After messing up my order before, I didn't think it could get any worse, but here we are. I placed my order on the 9th and was told it would arrive in 5-7 days. Can you believe it? It's been longer than that and I still don't have my order. My account says 'In transit', but when I track it, I get 'no order with this number'. What kind of amateur operation is this? I've sent 5 emails and haven't heard back once. And don't even get me started on trying to call them - it's like talking to a wall. I'm so frustrated and done with this. I love the clothes, but the online service is a complete joke.

I bought some really neat stuff from this store, but it still hasn't arrived. The tracking info shows it's arrived, but I don't see anything here. It's been forever! I thought it was a Spanish store, but turns out my package is coming all the way from China. I'm so lost! I tried reaching out to them, but they're not responding. I think I might have been scammed! Looks like I'll need to get my money back through the bank. Ugh!
