Hey there, I'm pretty fed up with companies that just can't seem to get it together. I mean, I put in my order a week ago, and guess what? It's still sitting there, not even dispatched yet. It feels like they're totally lost and have no idea what's going on. How can they promise fast delivery when they can't even manage to send out orders on time? It's honestly a joke. I have no idea if I'll ever get my stuff at this rate, and I'm really not happy about it.

I've bought stuff from this company before and never had any problems until now. This time, everything was delayed - took almost two weeks from ordering to finally getting a delivery date from the courier. It's been really frustrating and disappointing because I've always gotten my stuff quickly from them in the past. Hopefully, this was just a one-off thing and my future orders will be smoother.

I'm really not happy with the service I got from this company. I ordered a floral dress more than two weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about when it's shipping. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times by email and phone, but it seems like they're dodging me. It's really annoying to think I might have been ripped off by a company that's supposed to be trustworthy. I'm still holding out hope that they'll sort this out, but right now I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

So, eh, I bought this coat and dress from this store, and it took FOREVER to get to me, eh. It wasn't even what I thought it would be, and when I asked to exchange it, they couldn't even promise me that I would get the right thing. Like, seriously?? And then they were like, "If your next order still doesn't match, let us know again." Um, why would I even bother going through that mess a second time? So not cool, not recommending this place, sadly, eh.

I can't believe my package still hasn't arrived in Denmark! What's going on, why can't you just send it again instead of giving me the runaround with excuses? I've seen other reviews where you promise to improve the customer experience, but it doesn't look like anything has actually changed. I don't want a refund, I just want the dresses I ordered!
