CommunicationI recently bought some running shoes for outdoors from this store. I ordered them online because it's easier to pick them up at the store. But, there were a few problems with my order. At first, the pick-up date that I saw online was different from what they told me after I paid. I tried to cancel my order by email, but didn't hear back. In the end, I decided to just go get the shoes as planned, only to find out they were the wrong size. Unfortunately, when I tried to fix things, I got no response. This whole thing has made me pretty frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.
