I gotta say, I'm a big fan of this company's products and stores. The customer service has been pretty solid too. But man, let me tell you, online shopping with them was a complete mess. Their website is all over the place - no return links, instructions that are way out of date, and even wrong info from their customer service reps. It's super frustrating when you can't even get a simple return sorted out properly. And good luck trying to reach someone for help - no phone number, outdated info, and the store doesn't even return calls. Your only option is to use an online form, which might not even give you the right answers.
On the plus side, Asda ToYou's delivery and returns service is smooth and easy to use, but you're pretty much left to figure it out on your own. All in all, this company really needs to step up their game when it comes to online systems and customer service if they want to keep up with today's standards in eCommerce.
