Almost cancelled, then relief hit

ServiceI’ll be honest — I bought a 15‑month Microsoft 365 Family deal because it was a lot cheaper than other places and I needed it for the whole crew (home office, homework, all that). Two days later I got the product code but when I tried to redeem it someone else had already used it. My first thought was “ugh, here we go, another scam,” because I’d had a rough experience before with a dodgy seller. I reached out and honestly expected a hassle. Instead, after a short back‑and‑forth they tracked it down, reissued a working code and even apologised for the mix‑up. The real moment I knew I was satisfied was when my partner’s laptop synced and everyone could access Word and OneDrive without a fight — I literally breathed out. I’m glad it worked out; still a bit wary, but grateful they fixed it faster than I thought. Would buy again now that it’s sorted.

ServiceI wouldn't buy from them again. I needed a Microsoft 365 Family subscription for work and for the kids' school stuff after a move left our other setup in limbo. I ordered the 15-month deal because it was about $40 cheaper than what I saw elsewhere. Two days later I got a product code in my email. Before I could redeem it someone else had already used it. I asked for a refund or a replacement code. I asked twice. The response I got was basically "your email wasn't secure" and a suggestion I was lying. No useful help, no real investigation. I've bought downloadable software from Amazon, Costco and Sam's Club with no trouble, so this was a new and bad experience. I lost $89.99 plus tax. The product itself is fine when it's actually delivered and redeemed properly, so it works — but the seller's handling of the issue was poor. Small savings turned into a hassle and a loss.
Wrong address, good price, bad follow-up

Service
called and left a message with my order number, sent an email with the same info, and used the website chat. I wanted one simple thing — change the shipping address to the card’s billing address — nothing dramatic.
What followed was a mess of mixed messages. One reply said the order was updated, another said they couldn't change the address because it was paid, then later someone said they couldn't cancel because it had shipped. Two days later I get a delivery confirmation: delivered, at the wrong address. So yeah, my initial worry turned out to be valid. The site and checkout worked fine and the price was great, but their customer service dropped the ball hard.
I’m not saying the product itself would’ve been bad — it looked fine online and I probably would’ve liked it — but I ended up with nothing and no clear fix. Mildly infuriating, honestly. If a company can’t sort a simple address mistake after multiple asks, I won’t risk ordering from them again. Could’ve been an easy fix, but it wasn’t.
