Almost cancelled, then relief hit

Service

I’ll be honest — I bought a 15‑month Microsoft 365 Family deal because it was a lot cheaper than other places and I needed it for the whole crew (home office, homework, all that). Two days later I got the product code but when I tried to redeem it someone else had already used it. My first thought was “ugh, here we go, another scam,” because I’d had a rough experience before with a dodgy seller. I reached out and honestly expected a hassle. Instead, after a short back‑and‑forth they tracked it down, reissued a working code and even apologised for the mix‑up. The real moment I knew I was satisfied was when my partner’s laptop synced and everyone could access Word and OneDrive without a fight — I literally breathed out. I’m glad it worked out; still a bit wary, but grateful they fixed it faster than I thought. Would buy again now that it’s sorted.

Wrong specs, but refund finally came

Returns & Refunds

refund issued and tracking confirmed. That's when I relaxed. Not ecstatic, but satisfied. Money came through a couple days later. So the good: eventual resolution and a clear confirmation. The bad: poor first contact, confusing product options on the site, and extra hassle. If you buy here, document everything and be persistent. I started out skeptical and annoyed. By the end, thanks to persistence and one helpful rep, I was relieved and satisfied.

Wrong parcel, long saga

Returns & Refunds

completely different, beat-up gadget showed up. Not just a little wear; proper scuff marks like it had lived a previous life. I emailed customer service, and after couple of days they started an RMA. Sent the wrong item back (me, returning their mistake), followed the instructions, waited. They told me once they receive and check it, it would take 3–5 business days to ship my original order. Fast forward eleven days after they got my return, I asked for update and found out the headset I bought was suddenly out of stock and they’d issue a refund. So, yeah — no headset, three weeks wasted, lots of back-and-forth for nothing. I’ve had worse and I’ve had better from other companies; usually issues like this get sorted faster. It's not a disaster — at least I got my money back — but their delivery communication and customer service felt slow, bit careless. Won’t rush back.

Not worth the discount

Service

I wouldn't buy from them again. I needed a Microsoft 365 Family subscription for work and for the kids' school stuff after a move left our other setup in limbo. I ordered the 15-month deal because it was about $40 cheaper than what I saw elsewhere. Two days later I got a product code in my email. Before I could redeem it someone else had already used it. I asked for a refund or a replacement code. I asked twice. The response I got was basically "your email wasn't secure" and a suggestion I was lying. No useful help, no real investigation. I've bought downloadable software from Amazon, Costco and Sam's Club with no trouble, so this was a new and bad experience. I lost $89.99 plus tax. The product itself is fine when it's actually delivered and redeemed properly, so it works — but the seller's handling of the issue was poor. Small savings turned into a hassle and a loss.

Nice idea, rough execution

Communication

slick and effortless, which I liked. Then the snag: what I paid for wasn’t what showed up (or sometimes nothing arrived at all), and that was a real letdown. I ended up spending time trying to sort it out and the customer contact was a mess — lots of links on their site, no straightforward chat, and an email reply that basically said they couldn’t help after a few weeks. So here's the thing I want to point out: the customer support process is the weak link. If they fixed that — a clear contact option, faster replies — this would feel a lot more trustworthy. I’m still a fan of the show and the deals can be great, but go in expecting you might need patience and follow-up. Overall a mixed bag: good concept and easy start, but if something goes sideways you’ll feel the pain. I’d try another deal, cautiously.

Wrong model, broken on arrival

Product

take photos right away and be ready to fight for your money. I'm pretty disappointed.

Not great at first, but ended up sorted

Returns & Refunds

messy return process at first, but they did fix it in the end. I bought an Xbox Elite Series 2 as a Christmas present and opened the delivery to find the box mangled — creased corners, a few scratches and what looked like tape over the factory seal. I didn’t open the controller, I just wanted a refund because it wasn’t giftable. I tried to follow their “hassle-free” returns but hit a slow, email-only system. No phone option, answer took two days and they asked for photos to investigate. Fine, I sent the pictures right away, then got a message saying they’d find a resolution within 48 hours and that they don’t work weekends or holidays. It was the couple of days before Thanksgiving, so that timing sucked. I was skeptical — felt like I was being put through unnecessary steps compared to other retailers I use. Still, after the photos and a brief back-and-forth they approved the refund and I saw the credit hit my account within the timeframe they promised. Not painless, but it worked. So if you need a quick, no-questions refund, this isn’t that place; but if you can wait an extra few days and follow their photo requests, they will follow through. I won’t rush back, but I’m not completely mad about how it ended.

Not what I expected, but at least they answered

Communication

exchanges about an RMA, me sending it back, tracking showing it delivered. First impression of the company: they respond, and that’s something. I wasn’t thrilled, but at least there was a thread of communication, which calmed me down a bit.

Wrong address, good price, bad follow-up

Service

called and left a message with my order number, sent an email with the same info, and used the website chat. I wanted one simple thing — change the shipping address to the card’s billing address — nothing dramatic.
What followed was a mess of mixed messages. One reply said the order was updated, another said they couldn't change the address because it was paid, then later someone said they couldn't cancel because it had shipped. Two days later I get a delivery confirmation: delivered, at the wrong address. So yeah, my initial worry turned out to be valid. The site and checkout worked fine and the price was great, but their customer service dropped the ball hard.
I’m not saying the product itself would’ve been bad — it looked fine online and I probably would’ve liked it — but I ended up with nothing and no clear fix. Mildly infuriating, honestly. If a company can’t sort a simple address mistake after multiple asks, I won’t risk ordering from them again. Could’ve been an easy fix, but it wasn’t.

Not what I expected, but the coat is decent

Delivery

the order situation turned into a bit of a mess. When my package arrived it wasn’t what I expected (yep, the wrong item), but I still had a chance to try the coat on because, confusingly, I did end up with one of the orders. The jacket itself feels pleasantly puffy, the fill is soft yet not bulky, and the hood actually sits right (not one of those floppy things). It covers my hips and keeps the wind out, and the zipper is smooth enough. So on the feel/use side I’m fairly happy — it’s cozy for quick walks and errands.
