Deliverythe order situation turned into a bit of a mess. When my package arrived it wasn’t what I expected (yep, the wrong item), but I still had a chance to try the coat on because, confusingly, I did end up with one of the orders. The jacket itself feels pleasantly puffy, the fill is soft yet not bulky, and the hood actually sits right (not one of those floppy things). It covers my hips and keeps the wind out, and the zipper is smooth enough. So on the feel/use side I’m fairly happy — it’s cozy for quick walks and errands.
