Wrong specs, but refund finally came
Wrong specs, but refund finally came
Returns & Refundsrefund issued and tracking confirmed. That's when I relaxed. Not ecstatic, but satisfied. Money came through a couple days later. So the good: eventual resolution and a clear confirmation. The bad: poor first contact, confusing product options on the site, and extra hassle. If you buy here, document everything and be persistent. I started out skeptical and annoyed. By the end, thanks to persistence and one helpful rep, I was relieved and satisfied.
Wrong parcel, long saga

Returns & Refundscompletely different, beat-up gadget showed up. Not just a little wear; proper scuff marks like it had lived a previous life. I emailed customer service, and after couple of days they started an RMA. Sent the wrong item back (me, returning their mistake), followed the instructions, waited. They told me once they receive and check it, it would take 3–5 business days to ship my original order. Fast forward eleven days after they got my return, I asked for update and found out the headset I bought was suddenly out of stock and they’d issue a refund. So, yeah — no headset, three weeks wasted, lots of back-and-forth for nothing. I’ve had worse and I’ve had better from other companies; usually issues like this get sorted faster. It's not a disaster — at least I got my money back — but their delivery communication and customer service felt slow, bit careless. Won’t rush back.
Not great at first, but ended up sorted

Returns & Refundsmessy return process at first, but they did fix it in the end. I bought an Xbox Elite Series 2 as a Christmas present and opened the delivery to find the box mangled — creased corners, a few scratches and what looked like tape over the factory seal. I didn’t open the controller, I just wanted a refund because it wasn’t giftable. I tried to follow their “hassle-free” returns but hit a slow, email-only system. No phone option, answer took two days and they asked for photos to investigate. Fine, I sent the pictures right away, then got a message saying they’d find a resolution within 48 hours and that they don’t work weekends or holidays. It was the couple of days before Thanksgiving, so that timing sucked. I was skeptical — felt like I was being put through unnecessary steps compared to other retailers I use. Still, after the photos and a brief back-and-forth they approved the refund and I saw the credit hit my account within the timeframe they promised. Not painless, but it worked. So if you need a quick, no-questions refund, this isn’t that place; but if you can wait an extra few days and follow their photo requests, they will follow through. I won’t rush back, but I’m not completely mad about how it ended.
