CommunicationMy experience with Cymax was so disappointing. I ordered a 2 piece sectional sofa and got one piece in the wrong color. I tried to reach customer service by phone and email, but my issue was never fixed. The lack of communication and follow-up was really frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest Cymax to anyone after what I went through.
