Falcon 2 12 Watt ordered
I ordered the Falcon 2 12 Watt and I was pretty bummed when it took a whole month to arrive, especially 'cause the website said it was all good to go. Now I'm trying to send it back, but I can't get a hold of anyone at Creality no matter how hard I try. If PayPal can't sort this out, I might have to go the legal route.
Ender 3 purchase
I ordered the Ender 3 and never got a confirmation email. I tried to reach out to customer service but nobody got back to me. Pretty questionable, eh!
Poufs ordered, lack of communication
I ordered some Poufs a while back, but haven't heard anything since. I've tried sending emails and making phone calls, but no luck. It's really frustrating to not hear back from the company.
Recent order status
I ordered something online and it was supposed to arrive by December 13th. Even though I got emails telling me to track my package, they didn't say which company was delivering it. When I checked on a tracking website, I saw that my package is in Germany as of December 15th. I'm not happy with how they don't keep me updated or tell me what's going on, so I wouldn't suggest this site to anyone else.
No order confirmation, still waiting for delivery

Broken part replacement
I recently had to order a new part for my printer and was surprised to learn that I had to cover the shipping costs. The reviews online made it seem like it wouldn't be much, but it ended up being quite expensive. I believe they should be more upfront about these additional fees.
Faulty installation, long repair process
I had a faulty installation that took almost six months to fix. The support team was responsive, but it took three tries to figure out what was wrong.
Print order delayed
I ordered my printer back in November, thinking it would arrive soon. Turns out, it won't be here until 2023 because of some issues with the company. I've tried reaching out multiple times but still haven't heard back. Pretty disappointing experience, to be honest.
