I bought this old printer from the company, but I had some issues with the after-sales service and getting the product from a different warehouse. I was really disappointed with the whole experience and the lack of customer support.

I just bought an Ender 5 Pro printer and it came with some damage because it wasn't packaged properly for shipping. But I gotta say, Brea really came through for me. She worked hard to fix the problem and made sure to keep me in the loop the whole time. Thanks to her, I got the printer working perfectly and now it's printing like a dream. I'm really grateful for all the help and extra effort Brea put in.

I just ordered a few things online and chatted with this really friendly person from Customer Service. They helped me with all my questions and now my order is on its way! And guess what? I also won a free gift from a promotion, I'm so pumped! Super excited for my printer upgrades to arrive!
