CommunicationI ordered something on January 28th, but it's February 6th now and I haven't heard anything back or received any updates. I wouldn't suggest using this website, it feels like a scam.

And I can't get a hold of anyone because the phone numbers and emails they gave don't work. How can I file a complaint, eh? If anybody knows how to fix this, please tell me. Thanks, eh!

CommunicationI put in an order on January 29th, but I haven't heard anything about it since then. The phone number they gave me doesn't work anymore, and the email address is no good either. I'm really upset about how they're not keeping me in the loop, so I'm going to do something about it.

CommunicationI ordered something on January 31, 2024 and they charged me right away. I got a confirmation email, but haven't heard anything since. I've tried emailing customer service but haven't gotten any replies. It's been really frustrating and disappointing, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. I'm thinking about taking legal action to sort this out.

CommunicationI tried calling the phone number but it's not working, attempted to chat but no one responded, and my emails were ignored! Finally, when they did reply, it was just a dull generic answer. If you've been scammed like me and used PayPal, be sure to dispute the charge right away. They sent me 2 emails - one with the order number and one saying they can't issue a refund because it was already shipped. So sketchy! I checked the reviews and they're all accurate. Avoid that place at all costs! I can't even leave a review on their site, so frustrating. Stick with Amazon, even if it costs more, at least you have protection.
